solar panel?

I had this http://www.bookstore.umn.edu/images/system/product/9790.jpg simulator, but the screen cracked Then I took it apart. I found two useful things one was the battery http://www.7dayshop.com/catalog/images/products/prod_6897.jpg nie took the solar panel. Now I have this light that worked when I connected to the battery, but when I connected to the panel sun, it didn't light up .. Any help n what happened to what I can do to make this work??

The solar Paner may not deliver enough current to light the LED. There is nothing you can do to make it work.
