Manufactured home... Old rubber roof has deteriorated beyond repair... New one needed ASAP... What R options?

My Mom just called. She lives in central Florida (Orlando area). Hurricane season is now... Raining every day. She lives in a manufactured home with a rubberized roof. It's been on for ages and has needed to be patched frequently over the years. One trouble area has reached a point where patching won't hold anymore and water is pouring in during the rains. We've been quoted $11,000 to put on a new rubberized roof plus the addition of two solar tubes (like sky lights, but keeps out heat)! As I understand it, the value of the rubberized roof is that it lasts for many years (which the last did). But realistically, my Mom probably won't be in this house more than a few more years, so the lifetime value to us is less than it would be for someone else. What are our options? If you know the Orlando area, do you have any specific recommendations for roofers?

You can get a chemical remover to take off the old roof.

And you can get cans of roofing cement (white preferrably to reflect the sun's heat) and put it on yourself.
