When will I be able to see the July 2009 Solar Eclipse in Phoenix, AZ?

I am in Phoenix, Arizona and I am looking forward to the solar eclipse on July 22nd. But when can I view it in my area? I have looked on astronomy sites including Astronomy Magazine, but have found nothing for locations and times, only when it first appears in India and then China in its totality. Can someone please help me here?

Any particular solar eclipse is visible only in a narrow strip as the Moon's shadow sweeps across the face of the Earth. In the July eclipse that path is from central India, across southern China, and out into theSouth Pacific Ocean. People close to the path of totality will see a partial eclipse but the rest of us will see nothing at all, at least partly because we're on the wrong side of the Earth.
