Solar Outdoor Lights now Solar Powered Backpacks!

That's right solar powered backpacks are part of the solar power industry and have been for a little while.  Nowadays everyone is on the go and a backpack is an easy way to carry all your needed necessities.  Almost everyone has some type of hand held electronics or gadgets that need to be recharged at some point in time.  Normally it happens when it's most unexpected.  These are the times when you do not have access to an electrical supply or outlet.  This is why the solar powered backpack was designed.

 

This is a wonderful new technology.  There are several manufactures out there right now.    One of the finest I know about is by Earth Solar Inc.  The Earth Solar Backpack (model SB001) construction is light weight (about 3 lbs for the whole backpack) and durable with a great look.  This backpack is designed to charge your hand held electronics such as cell phones, GPS's, Iphone, Ipod, digital cameras, digital camcorders and more.  Unfortunately, solar backpacks are not designed to charge laptop computers.  Laptops draw more current than the backpack solar panel can generate. They would eventually totally deplete and ruin the battery pack.  I'm sure in the future this may become an option.

 

The Earth Solar Backpack is made with high quality 840D nylon, UV resistant, is waterproof and rainproof including all of the zippers to avoid rain or water from getting inside.  Its dimensions are 19" high x 14" wide x 8" deep with 1,360 cubic inches in volume.  It features multiple pockets that are user friendly for organizing small items, larger items with 2 sided stretchable mesh water bottle pocket.  The solar panel is poly-crystalline silicon – 2W/6V and on the backpack is tilted at a 45 degree angle for maximum sunlight exposure. Comes with a 1500mAh Li-polymer battery and adjust in 3 step voltage (5.5V to 9V to 12V) to accommodate the different digital products that you have.  Also included are 10 popular adaptor tips and has a USB socket which works with most USB chargers.  You can also get an optional A/C or car charger.
