I need a food dehydrator?

does anyone know of or have a good set of plans to build a small dehydrator?electric not solar.

Alton Brown (from the show Good Eats) made a dehydrator using a box fan, bungee cords and furnace filters (paper based filter).

By running the box fan, the circulating air has a drying effect without having to apply heat.
