Solar Dermatitis Treatment

Solar dermatitis?

My doctor put me on minocycline (antibiotic) for my acne. My face cleared up really well...but a few days later I noticed that I had what appeared to be a breakout on my right shoulder that wouldn't go away. They are little red bumps that occasionally itch. They go down the right side of my back. Since I first noticed the breakout, it hasn't gotten better or worse. It has developed a little on my left calf but it isn't red and the bumps are tiny. I went to see my dr yesterday and he said that if it was an allergic reaction, it would get progressively worse and would most likely appear on my extremities. He told me that I might have solar dermatitis. This makes sense because I laid out in the sun twice in the initial few days of my treatment. He prescribed a hydrocortisone lotion. I'm just itchy and frustrated. Does this sound like solar dermatitis? If not, what in the world could it be??

it seem you have photosensitive dermatitis secodary to ingestion of minocycline and you should discontinue its use and avoid exposure to Sun ,

A highly efficient reactor for the photoelectrocatalytic degradation was constructed by optimising the mass transfer between the liquid phase and the catalyst surface.
