Are woman obsessed with men?

When women are together do they have any other topic of discussion than men?
TV programs like "sex and the city", films classed as "chick flicks" all theme about women acquiring or dealing with men.
Men have many diverse topics to discuss, sport, politics. the garbage on tv, spark plugs,carpentry, the quickest route to lichfield, steam engines, solar panels, bottled water and of course fuel prices, loads and loads of stuff with hardly a mention of women.
Maybe that's why men generally have a more honest attitude to sex rather than using it as a ploy in some bizarre relationship game.
Even though I say so myself, it's a genius point.

It's a genius point? Isn't that a bit vain?

The media aims to please, not represent real life. Of course the most juicy and enjoyable 'chick flicks' include chasing after guys. People enjoy watching that kind of stuff. Romance and scandals both interest people - not just girls - a lot more than steam engines or carpentry, I have to admit.

No offense, but do you see any of that stuff on mainstream television? No. You see it on niche market programs. Sex and the city is much more commercial than a channel about spark plugs, seriously.

I don't think you know very much about the female orientated niche market programs, but you do know a lot about the male orientated niche market programs. Maybe you need to actually investigate something beyond commercial programming,
