Ideas on keeping my livestock water tanks from freezing. No electricity by any tanks.?

These tanks are set through out my pasture, so therefore no electricity near by. Since the sun sets earlier, solar might be a problem, and plus winter days, clouds might not fully charge it up. I'm well over 50, so any help easing this work would be greatly appreciated.

I live in SE Wyoming. Can't bury them as they are already set. Every morning, I chop the ice, and use a pitch fork to throw it out. I have over 5 tanks so can't build that big of barn:)
Tanks are approx. 10' in diameter. Large livestock tanks to water cows.
