We can not get rid of algae in our above ground pool.?

We set up the pool last summer and had no problems. This year, we created the pool, but bought a solar blanket to keep our heated pool. We stayed out of the pool for a few days and when we took the lid it was green. My father and my brother tried to clean it for about 3 days now and algae seem to go far. The pool is 15 "x 48"

You must use an algaecide or more bleach to kill everything. In addition, you need disinfect the line of the pump that water back to the pool. This line will have algae on the sides thereof, and is probably the reintroduction of the alga in the pool after the water is "cleansed". Finally, try to identify the algae so that you can prevent it from returning.
