Quelle est l'efficacité de l'énergie solaire?
Je suis très préoccupé par le réchauffement climatique, et quand je serai grand (je suis seulement quatorze) Je prévois d'utiliser l'énergie solaire pour alimenter ma maison (Et j'espère que quand je serai il est de coutume). Quelle est l'efficacité de l'énergie solaire? Combien de pieds carrés qu'il faudrait pour alimenter une maison 2000 pied carré? Combien cela coûterait-il?
Commentaire à «Ed», a ajouté ... Il existe deux types principaux de l'énergie solaire. Un produit de l'électricité, l'autre produit de la chaleur. Le type électrique sont appelés "photovoltaïque", le type de chaleur sont "Thermique". Photovoltaïque ne sont pas actuellement très efficace, la conversion de moins de 15% de l'énergie du soleil en électricité, mais au moment où vous construisez, ils devraient être mieux et moins cher. Solaire thermique est beaucoup plus efficace, surtout si vous l'utilisez pour chauffer votre eau, parce que le système fonctionne toute l'année. Le chauffage domiciliaire n'est pas aussi bonne, parce que l'hiver n'est pas le bon moment pour recueillir solaire.
