What are the electrical parts (rectifier, regulators, etc.) do I need to build a wind turbine?

I want a good diagram of this I need. I know I need a generator and inverter, but I'm not positive on what I need between them. I think I need a rectifier such as a Wheatstone bridge and a voltage regulator, but I'm not sure how it take to build a suitable controller. Any ideas? Diagrams would be great. Thank you.
